Conor McGregor Bought BMWs For His Entire Family, Says Dad

Conor McGregor Bought BMWs For His Entire Family, Says Dad

conor mcgregor interview

Conor McGregor is actually quite very generous, according to his father, Tony McGregor, who spoke with The Independent in Ireland.

According to the UFC champ’s dad, Conor surprised the family with a fleet of BMW 5 Series cars back in 2005. Tony told the publication:

“He came home from an American trip last year, and I saw this fleet of cars coming around the corner with him in the lead car, a black BMW 5 Series.”

“I presumed it was an entourage chauffeuring him home, but he told me to hop in and asked if I liked the car? I said it was lovely and he handed me the keys and said, ‘Good, because it’s yours.’ He bought one for everyone in the family, which was really nice.”

We’re thinking he got four, all in all–for his parents and 2 sisters. It’s no surprise that Conor loves cars, especially after he bought himself a couple of Rolls-Royces.

Must be nice to be considered family by Conor, despite his reported behavioral problems!

Mayweather On Fighting McGregor: They’re Not Just Rumors

Mayweather On Fighting McGregor: They’re Not Just Rumors

mayweather vs mcgregor poster

Floyd Mayweather Jr. may be retired now, but he may not be for long. It turns out the American boxing kingpin was the one who started rumors of a potential fight against current UFC featherweight champion, Conor McGregor.

“It’s possible,” Mayweather told reporters over the weekend. “It was a name that was shot at me. The rumors that y’all been hearing is the rumors that I started. It may not be a rumor. Keep y’all fingers crossed. It may be a boxer versus an MMA fighter.”

Mayweather hasn’t been in the ring since he “retired” for the third time last September, after defeating Andre Berto. Being undefeated in a total of 49 fights, Mayweather claims he can definitely rake in more than $100 million if he were to fight again.

McGregor, on the other hand, was thought to be retiring after hinting at it on Twitter, but reveals he’s simply “ready to go for UFC 200” on July 9. It seems he’s also very interested in fighting Mayweather, after also fueling speculation of a potential fight by tweeting a promotional poster of them (as seen above).

He went on Instagram recently (and made sure he sends the message to the right person), “Nate I will see you again.”

Nate Diaz Wants To Fight Conor McGregor Tonight, Next Week Whenever

Nate Diaz Wants To Fight Conor McGregor Tonight, Next Week Whenever

nate diaz post-fight interview

Not to be too eager, but Nate Diaz is requesting Conor McGregor to fight with him in the cage as soon as possible.

In his expletive-filled post-fight interview with Joe Rogan in the ring after beating Michael Johnson, as well as at the post-fight press con, Diaz ranted and talked about Conor McGregor. According to him, he’s the next best opponent for the Irishman.

“If we’re going to see a fight that people want to see, it’s going to be that fight with Conor McGregor,” Diaz said. “We can do that (expletive) tonight. Whenever, next week.”

Diaz insists he’s unlike any other fighter, and that he’s not into joke time type of fights that people will forget.

“Now this guy Conor McGregor’s coming back and he’s doing all this big stuff, and everybody’s calling him out, left and right,” he said. “I’m not like these guys begging for no fight. We’re talking about big fights. He wants a big fight — we can fight, and that’s a big fight. And that’s the kind of (expletive) I’m talking about; real fights, not funny fake fights.”

The 30-year-old fighter, currently at 170 pounds after fighting at 155 a few times, shares that he doesn’t plan on cutting down to lightweight. Then again, things can change.

“I don’t think I’m going to be losing weight for any of these guys down here,” Diaz proclaimed. “There aren’t too [many] big names at 155, I fought them all. If there’s something worth it in the future, we’re going to have to see. But yeah, definitely big fights is what I’m after.”

Conor McGregor Defends Ronda Rousey Against Donald Trump

Conor McGregor Defends Ronda Rousey Against Donald Trump

conor mcgregor interview

Conor McGregor has some words for Donald Trump after the notorious businessman blasted Ronda Rousey following her disappointing loss to Holly Holm.

You may have seen Trump’s tweet then, when he wrote, “”Glad to see that @RondaRousey lost her championship fight last night. Was soundly beaten – not a nice person!”

We didn’t expect anything less, after Ronda herself blasted Trump when she endorsed Bernie Sanders for president earlier this month and told CNN last August, “I wouldn’t vote for [Trump]. I just really wouldn’t trust the guy with running my country, that’s all … I’m not really going to get into specifics of it, but, I mean, I don’t want a reality TV star to be running my country.”

Now featherweight title holder McGregor answered to a TMZ reporter at LAX on Monday, saying that Ronda will definitely make a comeback after a rematch with Holm.

Oh, he also said “I don’t give a f*ck about Donald Trump.” Uh-oh.
